The Four Revolutionary Matrix Effects Explained
Spill Over Effect: allows the extra work of the upline to affect the downlines positively. Every additional referral after the first two persons introduced is forced automatically from the top left to the top right and down into the matrix, making your matrix to fill faster causing speedy growth. Meaning that even if your downline does not do much work, by referring people your downline or matrix fills up fast and is not dependent on a lazy downliner.
Forced Matrix Effect: This allows an active upline to give support to a weaker downline. As explained in the Spill Over System, a member can directly refer as many people as he or she can, but the people reffered will be forced on the right and left side of either the 2×2 matrix stage or 2×5 matrix stage causing of his or her downline to fill up faster. This multiple refferal causes him or her to move to the next stage faster and indirectly contributes to the growth of his or her downlines also making their matrix fill up faster. Now one may be wondering if its not a case of monkey dey work baboon dey chop, but that is not the case as each person you directly refer, you get a 20% referral bonus and also a 10% or 5% bonus from your downliner who completes the stage to move to the next matrix stage.
Spill Under Effect: is an automated jumping over system allowing a members whose matrix is completed to jump to the top position in the next matrix making growth and earnings faster. For every person you introduce into h2i you earn a referral bonus of 20% of the registration fee i.e. 20% x $40 = $8 (N1320) at N165 per $ which is the general figure use for this business. Either dollar increase or decrease.
Matrix Bonus:
For every Matrix Stage you complete, you are given a bonus in terms of cash of $10-$80,000, computers, phones, cars, depending on the Matrix Stage.
Matching Bonus:
For every person you refer directly or indirectly and they finish their own matrix stage to the next, you are given a matching bonus of $100-$600 depending on the Matrix Stage.
Yearly Infinity Bonus:

STAGE 1 (ASSOCIATE):
