Patilad Cleaning Service (PCS) is a start-up enterprise, to be established in Rumokuro Port-Harcourt.  PCS is a new cleaning service specializing in office and home interior and exterior cleaning. We do thorough cleaning of both old and new buildings inside out.  From the window glasses, to tiles, furniture, toilets, kitchen and what have you, all is thoroughly cleaned with our special eco-friendly and effective cleaning agents with well-trained staffs.  We also make use of quality and standard sets of equipment to render a satisfactory job. To that end, PCS seeks funding for equipment and initial operations of the business.

Business Description

The business offers home and office cleaning, floor treatment, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning for households and businesses within Port Harcourt. The business was founded by Dayo Adetiloye, a cleaning industry professional with decades of collective experience, who have pooled his resources to develop a new strategy for reaching and serving business clients. The business will operate out of a central office and storage facility and use the labour of trained cleaning crews to serve clients.

Services offered will be based around basic home and office cleaning scheduled on a monthly basis, which will be offered with extreme care for the client’s privacy, security, and assets. Additional services will be sold to the same clients to deepen their relationship with PCS.

Dayo Adetiloye – Dayo is the CEO, and general manager he has been in the cleaning business for over 20years, working with prestigious cleaning firms in Lagos Nigeria.  Hugely respected by colleagues across the business as well as by our clients. He studied botany, he secured an MBA in Obafemi Awolowo University and PMP certificate in Lagos business school.

Others includes Bunmi Giwa, company secretary, with over 15 years of local government administration experience, Bunmi does everything from payroll and invoicing to cash collection, banking and all the personnel contracts for the workforce. Daniel Ponle is in charge of operations, he has a wealth of industry and management experience having run the Gem and Clean cleaning contracts throughout Imo State, working with over 15 staff. It hasn’t taken Andrew long at all to get to know the cleaning team as well as the customers and he’s already recruiting for the new contracts which are starting across the region. Tracey Agaya, marketing manager. She’s a graduate of business administration from University of Port Harcourt. A very energetic and positive minded individual, Tracey joins us with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, bringing with her a wealth of people and communication skills. Working closely with Bunmi, Tracey will be spearheading our growth plans in the South South.
