Strategy: How to get to the Top and also become Top Earner in any Network Marketing Business.

 

What is strategy?

A Strategy according to Wikipedia (from Greek στρατηγία stratēgia, “art of troop leader; office of general, command, generalship”[1]) is a general plan to achieve one or more long-term or overall goals under conditions of uncertainty.

 

HOW TO GET TO THE TOP FAST IN ANY NETWORK

MARKETING BUSINESS

 

I will be sharing with you what to do to get to the top in any MLM Business.

  1. Join the company that you love and will like to sell their product and

promote their services.

  1. Join a very active team in your company. Don’t be the only active

member. Join an already active group or team.

  1. Start with power i.e. start with multiple accounts. Check your company

policies about this and do as appropriate.

  1. Ensure the first 10 people to join you are active and passionate people.
  2. Come up with a system that attracts people to you either online or

offline.

  1. Recruit leaders from other network marketing that are thinking of

changing companies.

  1. Prospect a lot of people: Don’t just register 2 people; register as many

people as possible. I suggest you go all the way to register minimum of

1000 in one year in your team. That is my target in any Network

Marketing business I joined.

  1. Train your team and raise leaders as passionate as you.

I always tell people, don’t depend on your upline to put people under

you. If you still think like that, that means your will not get to the top.

Successful people in this Networking business don’t wait for that.

 

What you as upline needs to do is to train your people to become a

leader on their own

Glitz, A professional networker, My one-time upline said this:

“You don’t “spoon feed” your downlines. You “train” them… And that is

how you show RESPONSIBLITY for their growth (for your own good)”

See, Upline, you should understand, that this business is not a game of

“plenty numbers” is about the “power of your network… Quality not

quantity!

By the time you ‘recruit’ 100″ uninformed and untrained ‘ downlines, you

are not given the proper footing. You are only spoiling “your network”

Please, I am really passionate about this, Industry leaders of

MLM advices that you should directly “sponsor and train 5 persons at a

time, then once you have gone 3times deep with them… Before you,

“leave them” for the next direct 5 you “sponsor again. And this normally

can take 2months interval…

If you do these Network marketing business right… You will be the one

to gain in the end.

 

I would rather sponsor 5 serious persons and “anoint” them with my

knowledge than recruit 500 people that will eventually leave my

network after 12months.

 

What you have at the end of two months is not a “passive business” but

a “failing network”… Please if you must do this, then do it right.

Remember… Success has a strategy… And there is “always” a better way

 

  1. Develop a system where each leader under you forms a team of their

own.

  1. Encourage people that join under you to do multiple accounts as far as

your company policy allows.

  1. Celebrate each milestone you achieve in your team.
  2. Mark people in your team that will move your matrix forward.

Note, one person can be really active and produce so much results more

than you can even imagine.

So as you are starting, pick a note book and write out the names of the

people under you that will bring you to your next stage 2. These people

are very important to you and everybody under them. Their success is

your success.

Be drawing a chart of people under you, because as you change levels,

you might not see them again in chart format.

  1. Give it a time target (2 years) minimum and have a compelling vision,

some people call it your “Why’’.

  1. Divine Strategy: With all of our strategy and energy, without divine

strategy, we might not move far.

 

Divine strategy to grow fast

  1. Celebrate with winners
  2. Don’t pull your upline down by talking evil of him at the back
  3. Sow seed into the lives of successful ones in MLM business
  4. Have plans and strategy to give back to God and to the society around

you

  1. Deliberately pray to God to give you power downlines. The downlines

that will fast track your matrix and give you unusual speed. I enjoyed

that when I joined and within six weeks I got to a particular stage that

was massive in my MLM company. Not because I brought a lot of people.

No! It was because of one powerful downline.

In conclusion

Focus:

You have to ignore every good and shining thing called opportunities to

get to the top of your Network marketing company

I had to be in my recent company for 2 years to get to the top. I did not

join any other MLM since then, a lot of people have tried to cajole me

into other good things. They are not bad things, note. But I have to be

focused.

Drive Yourself To Do More:

To manage multiple accounts and get to the top is a whole lot of work.

  • It is not for lazy people looking for downlines from their upline.
  • It is not for people that cannot be leaders and mentor others.
  • It is not for people that cannot manage their own WhatsApp

group and train their downlines.

  • It is for hard working people whom I know you are, because if you

are not, you won’t be reading this now or even pay for this training

e-book. I celebrate you.

 

Let me quickly introduce you to the Amazing Power of 3 to

  1. THE POWER OF WRITTEN WORDS

You need to write down MLM Goals for yourself and your team. My team’s

goal is to help 100 people get to the top in 1 year. Use punchlines such as

“IMPOSSIBLILITY IS NOTHING!”

What is your Goal? For now, don’t think of how to achieve it. Just put it

down. God is set to grant you your heart desires.

 

  1. THE POWER OF SPOKEN WORDS.

After writing, you now start declaring it and calling those things that be not as though they were.

As for me, I can see minimum of 100 people in my team riding my company car. When you pray, you keep saying what you have written down. When you introduce people to your MLM company, you keep telling them about this vision.

When somebody says, it is not possible, leave them and get another person to say it to.

Before you know, God will begin to bring people that will register and their work will Summersault your Matrix and push it forward.

 

  1. THE POWER OF VISUAL WORDS.

This one is very powerful. It has to do with what you see everyday.

What can you see about your MLM Business?

Come up with a graphical representation of it and position it where you can see it everyday.

Some people call it vision board.

You can print a picture of your company Car and paste it on the wall of your room. I use this on my Laptop and in 2 years i got qualified for my company Car. So, visual representation is key.

 

 

9 LAWS OF SUCCESS ACCELERATION IN ANY NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS

  1. Your success or failure in any network Marketing Business rise and fall on you.

It is not the company’s fault, it is not your upline’s fault. He or she can quit the business. It is not your downline’s fault. He or she can refuse to work. It is not the economy. Even when there was no recession, people were still passing over opportunity repeatedly (POOR). It is not the fault of the competition. It is YOUR Fault.

Arguing about this and not taking responsibility will set you to deceleration

side of success. You will be trying to move forward but your mindset is all the while limiting you.

  1. Until you get to the top of your network marketing company in your mind, you cannot see it with your eyes.

2 years ago, I saw myself doing well in my MLM Company though I never knew who will join me at that time. Till now, I have not try to introduce my family members. Just few friends that trusted me.

My people, how far can you see, don’t let your present condition of not having prospects determine your business success vision.

If you are just joining now and all you can see is that people will not join you or all you see is difficulties, if I am your upline, I will willingly return your money, even if you are doing multiple accounts. I will tell you this, you need a lot of positive energy to do this business.

 

  1. Law of Vibration: The moment you make up your mind to be successful in Your MLM business, God will begin to arrange the whole universe to come together in your favour. Everything will vibrate in your success mindset frequency. Your belief, your goals, your confession, and your faith must tall.

 

  1. When you have all the characteristics of Top MLM Achiever, their

work ethics, their reading and self-development and leadership habits, once everything around you is vibrating at that frequency, with time you will become one of the top achievers.

 

  1. 5. 80/20 Rule: 20% of your team in any MLM will produce 80% of the results.

It is your responsibility to locate this 20% and give them and their work special attention, Motivation and Support.

  1. Law of Time Perspective: You must give your MLM business minimum of 2 years to record a significant success. There is no magic in doing it. It is not what you do in 30 days. It is network marketing. It takes time. Anything good takes time.
  2. Law of Abundance: You must believe that there is abundance of prospects for you to sign up. It is not compulsory that all your prospects must come from Nigeria. Today, I have downline in Zambia.
  3. Law of Accumulation: Top Achievers in MLM are people who have

accumulated hundreds, if not thousands of small efforts and sacrifices that no one ever sees or appreciates. I have constantly supported my team, sometimes

I give out incentives for their operations, what I suppose to sell and enjoy the money.

  1. Law of Acceleration: Focus is the key factor in accelerated Success and

achievement. I focused on my MLM company for 2 years before I got to the top. Some people join in 2 months, they are already distracted by other shinning objects. If I join to do that, then my accelerated success in my MLM Company will not be possible.

My dear, ignore other shining objects to achieve your Success in Your MLM except you want to see a different results.

 

IMPORTANT POINT TO TAKE NOTE DEPENDING ON HOW

YOUR COMPANY BUSINESS MATRIX IS STRUCTURED

# Focus on team work this week, know the state of matrix of your downline

and help them to move my supporting them with your numerous prospects.

#Don’t always use your username to bring everybody in. Once you are in

stage two, use your downline username to sign up prospects and they can

return the commission to the person that laboured to bring the prospect.

# DON’T leave so many of your downline matrix hanging, ensure that you get stage 1accounts to stage 2, stage2 accounts to stage3 and stage3 accounts to stage 4.

# Some people have registered so many people but because the matrix is not balanced, they are not moving. DON’T register people blindly, focus on getting accounts to move from stage 1 to stage 2. That is the building blocks of your MATRIX and balance them on both left and right side.

# Always follow up your members and get to know them one on one, what

they do, their families, any celebrations coming up and any challenges they are facing. This business is not mechanical, it is relational. You get more results with people you know, like and trust.

# Try and get to know your prospects. DON’T just behave like a robot, selling, selling, selling. Build relationships first, build rapport with your prospects. Know their fears, know their feelings. And try and position yourself in their shoes

 

# Remember if your MLM business is not doing well, it is not your upline’s

fault, it is not your downline’s fault, it is not the company’s fault, it is your

responsibility, it is your fault.

If you are in my team, the minimum registration you should sell to people

7 accounts. Don’t pity them. I borrowed 100k from my savings to do my MLM company when I joined.

 

Tell prospects that, that is your team’s strategy. They have no choice, once

they like you, know you by the Kind of value you are bringing out and trust you, they will look for the money. It has really worked for me.

The recommended registration I give my prospects that have money is 15

account minimum.

IF you keep on registering one account prospects and you think you are

doing it fast, you have a long way to go.

Strategy is better than Energy.

 

  1. DON’T IGNORE GIVING VALUE ONLINE.

Prospects are more desperate now and busy. They are looking for leaders

that can give value.

Your online has not been working because you are not giving value. You

are just advertising instead of educating. You are just marketing instead of

building Relationships

  1. FOCUS

You will never smell my kind of results if you are doing 2 or 3

opportunities together.

If you want to join a particular MLM company

Don’t delay any further.

Just do it!

Then, learn on the job.

It is easier than you think

It is more impactful than you think.

  2. Talk to intelligent, confident, ambitious, and driven people about the

business from your contact list.

  1. Friends and family will not believe your MLM Business. It is normal.

If you have been adding value to people before, people will believe in you.

  1. If you are one-man squad living your life in your own circle, it is going to be a bit harder.
  2. A lot of people are looking for opportunity to earn extra income in this

economic recession. Take advantage of MLM business.

  1. Have a picture of the exact kind of people you want in your MLM business.
  2. Have abundance mentality. There are too many people waiting for you and

your opportunity. Don’t waste too much time on the wrong people.

  1. Avoid fighting with your prospects because they did not join or come to your seminar, always leave communication gap open.

will follow you.
