Taking Quantum Leap
Igbara-oke Youth Empowerment Summit 2015 is a movement that God has allowed this season to take our youths from the level they are in the things of life to the level they have always desired and God has ordained for them to be.
For us to achieve this, there are things we must consider that will determine if we will craw like a snail, or Take Quantum Leap in our respective field of life.
For our youth to move and take quantum leap,
First, we must have VISION of where we want to be in life. Vision will help us picture our desired future. Vision gives direction; it creates focus that brings Quantum Leap.
The concept of quantum leap is the big breakthrough people experience in life, in their career, business and whatever endeavour they find themselves.
Second thing to consider in quantum leap is INFORMATION:
Information is like the air in the balloon that makes it fly to a very great height. If you don’t have the right information and apply it, you will not fly in your endeavours
To access information, you need to read and attend events related to your field e.g fashion designer going to a fashion exhibition, reading books on fashion.
To take quantum leap of faith, you must have unrepentant DETERMINATION to succeed in life. You must believe that you are a success walking on two legs. Your background must not put your back to ground. You must not doubt your success even if you don’t know where the next school fees will come from. No matter the challenges you are facing now, you must look at it as a stepping stone to the next level.
To take quantum leap, you must watch your ASSOCIATION closely; negative people and pessimistic people are not allowed in your life. How far you go in life will be determined by two major things 1. The books you read 2. The people you move with. That is the reason we created Igbara-oke Youth Empowerment Network for us to deliberately move with like minds and to have this forum once in a year to sharpen our mind for exploit.
I-YES is set up to raise a new generation of giant achievers. Since the past 3 years, we have raised millionaires in I-YES through a government empowerment programme called YOUWiN, we have trained people on various vocational skill set, one of our participant design our website www.Igbaraokeyouth.org and this year, we have come up with Igbara-oke Youth Empowerment Magazine and also the Empowerment Library where our youths can access information, also we now have a regularize I-YES 2015 opportunity whatsapp group ( An online Forum).
My desire in this edition is for our youths to take Quantum Leap of Faith, and record an achievement of geometric progression within their lives.
What you would have thought will take 30 years, emerging within your life within 1 year.
As we look and enter into 2016, I pray, what you would have thought would take a whole lifetime; God will make it happen for you in a space of 1 year.
