LOCATIONS OF PHYSICAL STORES OF KONGA IN NIGERIA

Konga was founded in July 2012, by Sim Shagaya, with a staff strength of 20. The site initially functioned as a Lagos-only online retailer focused on merchandise in beauty and care products, but broadened its scope to all of Nigeria’s locations in December 2012 and gradually expanded merchandise categories through 2012 and 2013.

As a foremost e-commerce giant, Konga has spread its tentacles to grow the retail stores across Nigeria as it commissioned outlets in Lagos, Abuja, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State; Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and Warri, Delta State.

Retail stores are the most common physical outlet where people shop for goods. Having a retail store is important not only to drive sales, but also to be able to build up brand awareness.

As Nigeria’s only omnichannel retail superstructure, the retail stores would enable the e-commerce firm to offer quicker delivery and multiple fulfilment options such as Pay on Delivery and Pay and Pick Up to its growing database of customers.

Retail stores are a must-have for the success of any business. They hold the power to attract more customers, generate more sales, and create more returns.

The Konga physical stores act as a collection point for orders placed online.  They could serve as ordering centers where shoppers can walk in and place orders for items that are not physically available in-store. They also function as payment points where you can pay cash while shopping or when picking up your delivered items.

Electronic gadgets, like phones, laptops, Ipads, fashion items, baby items, kitchen utensils, and lots more can be ordered and picked up at any of these Konga’s physical stores, depending on your location.

The following list includes the locations of physical stores of Konga;

  • Ikeja Store

Ikeja is home to a large computer market, popularly known as Otigba. Begun in 1997 as a small market of only 10 shops, the current market now has well over 3000. While most vendors provide the expected computer sales and repair services, it is also possible to find sales and repair services for various types of office equipment and electronic devices. Konga retail shop is specifically along the medical road.

  • Other Lagos Stores

Konga launched two new stores in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital, located in Lekki and Victoria Island. The Lekki store situated within the sprawling Lamborghini structure is situated at Plot 113, Lekki Peninsula Residential Scheme, Ikate, Lekki. On the other hand, the Victoria Island store is situated at 11 Saka Tinubu Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. The additions take the number of Konga retail stores in Lagos to 16.

  • Warri Store

Also, the popular Oil city, Warri isn’t left out; as Konga opened a store there as well. The new store is located at 37 Deco Road, opposite plaza. Konga’s patrons in Port Harcourt can also count on taking part in the Konga retail rollout with the store located at plot 146, Trans Amadi Industrial Layout, Oginigba, along slaughter road.

  • Akwa Ibom Store

Shoppers in Akwa Ibom State can smile as Konga recently unveiled a superstore in the bustling capital of Uyo. The store, launched in September, is prominently located on the ever-busy Ikot Ekpene Road by Plaza Roundabout.

Abuja Store

In Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria, a new store was opened at the Commerce Plaza store, located at Plot 1169 Durumi District in Area 1.

Conclusion:

It is now possible, to just sit from the comfort of your homes, offices, or what have you; search for choice products, place an order; and go for it at a physical shop, in your location, whenever it’s best possible for you.

Konga remains highly conscious of you, and as such, have improved their services, just to ensure that the shopping experience of their customers is as seamless as possible, and of course, you are not left out.

Here’s the amazing deal; you will no longer be limited to pre–paying with a credit card when you shop. Sounds considerate right? You’re now at liberty to fill your shopping cart with any product of your choice and make payment only on its arrival. You either pay when the item has been delivered to your doorstep or pay when it has been made available to a KONGA pick-up point near you.

Aside from these shops serving as pick-up stations for goods ordered, complaints and suggestions could also be laid as well. I’d be as much as happy as you would be to be relieved of delivery stress, by utilizing the purpose of these physical stores, to the maximum.

Just probably you’re among the few that never knew of the location of these stores; I bet getting a meet-up point for picking up your items must have been an issue for you. You need not go through all of that stress anymore, because I have revealed some of the locations of physical stores of Konga, and the addresses.
