Positions Available:
- Project Manager RC 01
Must be able to Plan the project, Staff the project, Implement the project, Control the project, Evaluate the project
- Operational Manager RC 02
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Planning and controlling change.
- Managing quality assurance programmes.
- Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
- Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
- Front Desk Officer RC 03
- To perform front desk administrative duties and offer good customer care services to both internal clients
- To provide general help desk services
- To receive and direct visitors
- To maintain a front desk visitor’s register
- To participate in organizing and implementing company project and events
- To deliver internal mail and personal documents services
- To supervise and appraise subordinate staff
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Accountant /Admin Officer RC 04
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, capital and expenditure account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Assistant Operational Manager RC 05
- Assist operations manager
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Marketers RC 06
- Must be able to market any products
- Must be able to develop marketing plans and strategies
- Monitoring competitor activity;
- Managing marketing budgets
- Business Development Manager RC 07
- Must be able to work and improve the organisations market position and achieve financial growth.
- Must be able to work with key officers in defining short, medium and long term organization goals.
- Must be able to work on the overall strategy of implementing new project and agenda
- Must be able to build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunity, negotiate and close business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market trends and conditions.
- Associate Business Consultant RC 08
- Must be able to develop, document and implement business plans, processes and procedures.
- Develop presentations for management and stakeholders on business operations and developments.
- Must love writing, presentations and public speaking
- Must be able to market any products
- Must have flair for working with SMEs
- Support business planning functions for new and existing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Address operational and cost related issues in business planning and projects.
Interested candidate should apply with a minimum of an NCE, OND, HND or BSC. In any field.
NYSC Certificate and post-NYSC will be of added advantage.
